I had this Vet come to the house 3 times costing me approximately $2,000 total between travel time, Examination (just for the exam it was $318), blood exam, nail trim. They are 4 times more expensive than a regular Vet but when you have a pet who is petrified of going inside a Vet's office and who has a heart condition, you try to minimize stress at all costs. It started with a warm phone contact, a fast appointment and a great team. Doctor Gavin and Stéphanie are patient, bring peace in a chaotic situation and did a good job with our 2 dogs and 2 cats. I called them for papers to travel abroad but I will call them now anytime I need help. Much easier for our Irish Wolfhound. Highly recommended.
Dr. Gavin and her team are a GODSEND! Their love, compassion and expert care are worth every penny and more! My kitty was ailing and I left an evening message for Vets ASAP and got a return call by 8am the next morning from the most wonderfully warm and understanding person! My 10 year old Border Collie, Jax, has a new lease on life since he met Dr Michelle and Stephanie. They took such great care of us both. I was worried because Jax can be a handful. He is happy, healthy and pain free thanks to them. I highly recommend them.
We made a difficult, yet loving decision to let our beautiful boy fly to doggie heaven. We called VetsASAP based out of Newberry park, ventura county, as they came to our home . I have to say Dr.Gavin and stepheney her assisted were so caring and loving with my wife and I and our 10 yr old. They arrived and brought awsome treats for our Nestlé who was 14 yrs.
