I don’t even know how to write this without getting emotional, but people need to know what happened with Vets To Pets and Dr. Starke. My dog was suffering badly, and I made the hardest decision a pet owner can make—to let her go peacefully. We were given a confirmed time window of 12–2. Dr. Starke completely failed my wife and me when it mattered most. We had a confirmed 12–2 window for our dog, who was suffering. No call. No show. My wife sat there watching our dog in pain while we waited. When we finally reached out, it was pushed to 7 p.m.—forcing our dog to suffer for hours longer. The most wonderful caring vets that I’ve ever worked with. They came to euthanize my cat Rocky and were caring and compassionate, understanding and kind. I highly recommend vets to pets.

Our dog absolutely hates veterinary offices so I vowed that when the time came, we would have him pass at home where he felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Starke and her technician were professional, patient, and compassionate in our dog's final moments. They treated him with the dignity he deserved both before and after he passed. As a compassionate touch, they provided our grieving children with stuffies to help ease their pain. I highly recommend Vets to Pets!
