It wouldn't hurt my feelings if my dog bit Dr. Miller.. I take my dog here and have for 5 years. Jeff Miller does know his stuff. But have you noticed they have a high turnover of techs, assistants, etc? That's because Dr. Miller is a beast to work for!! He's so high strung and impatient it's ridiculous! They hire people (like me) without experience so they can pay us less. Very Very Happy for several years now THEY ARE ALL GREAT AT THIS CLINIC !!!! I had two dogs that were over 15 years old. Both became sick in their old age and had to be put to sleep so as not to suffer. The vets and all the help were so considerate. I was very upset and crying, the vet hugged me and comforted me for a long time. I now have 4 small dogs, all of them rescued. Thank Heaven's For Vets For Less I LOVE vets for less! I have taken my cat and dogs there for years. Last year I took my 10 year old Lab, Rosie in for a teeth cleaning, a broken tooth removal, a mammary tumor removal, a fatty tumor removal and a spay. The bill was shockingly LOW. Less than $300.00. Rosie had an injection for pain after surgery so was groggy that night, but the next day she bounced back as if nothing had happened. ok maybe he is a little rude but he's always done a great job... OK maybe the owner is a bit rude, but they have always done a really great job for my dog. I have been taking him there for many years, can't remember how long. They have always provided great care - I don't go there for their social skills... I trust their judgement and that they aren't going to push any unnecessary treatment on my dog just to ring up the bill. Vets For Less Of Federal Way is great. I take both my dogs to this clinic and am very, very happy with the service I have received. I had one dog neutered, dental cleanings done, and get our yearly vaccines here. The front staff has always been very friendly to me, and the doctors that I have seen have been good with my dogs. They don't try to "hard sell" you on a bunch of extra things either, like other clinics I have gone to in the past have done. I Like Them Just Fine I'm a little shocked at the last review. I have been going to vets for less for a while now and I really like them. I have a lab and he has bad chronic ear infections (common to the breed I guess). I love that they can get him in for an ear flush the same day. Misdiagnosed overcharged money grubbing vets
Misdiagnosed and poor service I've had four animals go through here and I've never had the customer service that I've had today I will not be bringing any of my animals back they overcharged misdiagnosed and find any way they can to get money out of you. Several months ago I brought a cat that I saved from outside in and they diagnosed her with supposedly mites gave me some wash to put her ears and some nausea medication and some flea medication and no ear mite medication and now they are diagnosing her with a yeast infectio... read more
Don't waste your time or money I have used this clinic several times and each time leave more disappointed then the last. I understand there are busy times, but even when it is not busy they are extremely slow. Be prepared to wait a long time just to get into an exam room, and then wait even longer for a vet. You will get mediocre advice about your animal and if you ask questions concerning your pet, be prepared to get broad answers, if any at all. The name says it all- spend a few more dollars and go to a real Vet.
