Dr Dickerson I have been taking my dog into the federal way clinic for 3 years now, the last 1 1/2 years her doctor has been Dr Dickerson.She has been GREAT to deal with, she listens to all of my concerns and we address the ways to resolve the minor health issues my dog has.I have also found her to be very patient with me ( I am a neurotic pet owner), if my wait is very long she apologizes for the busy situation in the clinic.As of now I will continue to see Dr.Dickerson as she has been as concerned about my dogs health as I... read more
My humble opinion Clean office, GREAT Staff - yes the wait was long, but very much worth the wait. Our two Shih Tzu's (as well as my husband and myself) were comfortable with the doctor - she was not hurried during their exam's. 2 exam's,1 full set of shots for the puppy (including rabies) 1 cortisone shot, 1 heavy anti-biotic shot, prescriptions for antibiotic's and ear drops. Not the best place for your pet Maybe okay for basic, simple things like fleas and getting advantage but I wouldn't take my pet there for anything complicated or serious. I took my cats there a few times and everytime got a different doctor. The last time I took my cat in when he was very sick and the doctor was very quick with me and didn't explain anything about the cat's condition and really didn't seem very compassionate at all. My experience I arrived at the clinic in the morning and signed in on the sign-in sheet. I was the first one there. Then, about 6 people walked in. I understand that this is a walk-in clinic but isnt it supposed to be first come first serve? I also understand when a new patient comes in, there is paperwork to be handled. Very Impressed! I went into vets for less for the first time today for vaccines on my 2 dogs. I was very impressed with everything there. The people at the desk were very polite. I was called into a room rather quickly. The doctor was great and friendly. The price was amazing. My old vet would have charged me $300 for all the vaccines I got. I definitely recommend them. I had a good experience.
Great Experience at Vets for Less My experience at Vets for less has always been very positive. I have a very poorly behaved mini schnauzer and the staff was great with her. She barked non stop in the waiting room and cried when she went in to see the vet who was patient. I also just had my rabbit fixed and they were great with him as well. They really do a great job with keeping their prices much lower than other vets in the area and the care is just as good. Great vet!!!!! Dr. Kling is my cats vet. She is great. She's kind and she listens to my concerns. She did blood work on one of my sick cats and called me the very next day! I dont even get that with my own doctor! I can tell she really cares about animals. Vets for less is worth the long wait. Their prices are the best in town. I drive from kent to see her. I HIGHLY recommend her to my family!
What happened to their quality Service? I took my dog in to get her teeth cleaned. I have used vets for less several times in the past and always been very satisfied with the service. I dropped my dog off before 8:00am. No one mentioned at check in that this was a very busy day. At 2:30 I called to check on my dog as I usually had been called with an update before noon and by dog had been ready to pick up by 1:30 or 2.
