DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They exceed their published results timeframe and they will not talk to anyone but the vet, not even the vet office staff much less animal owner or purchasers commissioning the test.it is ridiculous to expect a vet who is busy in surgery to have to chase lab for results.
Terrible customer service. Waiting on results for thyroid testing. Vet confirmed with lab it would take 2 weeks, which is ridiculous to start with. Just received a call from the vet to say they have just been told 14 WORKING DAYS. So, it will be a month. I've worked in pathology & it's all done by machines. The only human input is loading the sample. Will be encouraging our vet to change labs
Terrible, service in reporting results has fallen off a cliff. Try to contact the lab and no one bothers to answer… was a good company, now pathetic. Lift your game.. wish there was someone accountable so this could be fixed. Excuses after excuses.
Wouldn't trust anyone else with my histopathology or cytology samples.
