Just called for an estimate for my puppies to get their first vaccines but the lady was a little rude! So on that note I would never take my pets to this place of business. Sometimes ppl forget that we are the reason your business stays open if not for our pets you wouldn’t have a job!

I made an appointment for my cat and was seen on time, and then we had a great experience with all members of the team! From reception which answered a lot of my questions over the phone before, to the techs which handled my cat with care, to the vet who gave us so much time to ask questions and explained everything so simply. And it was affordable too, considering the normal cost of vet care, and it helped that they gave me info up front about the cost range I might expect and customized the package for our needs. New patient, first time visit, emergency, on a Saturday, excellent experience.
Being first time dog owner,we had lots of questions about our puppy doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions they truly love their job and really care about our pets, I was really impressed to get a follow up call the next day to see how our puppy was doing after his vaccine, very nice

Primera ves q iba a ese lugar...exelente servicio, cita ala 3pm y antes d Las 4pm ya estaba afuera, cuarto privado y muy bien ekipado para mi max. Le dieron bocadillos y la veterinaria hasta se dejo lamber x el no le tubo asco ni Ella ni la senorita q estaba con ella, le tomaron photo para el record, y todo muy bien detayado. La señorita d enfrente super amable, d hecho tengo otros 2 husky mas q decidi llevarlos tambien ahi...lo recomiendo�
