Newish place; still building their staff so call first to make sure they’re open despite their posted hours. Really clean rooms. Nice staff. Doctors / nurses are outstanding. They all stayed past closing time to take care of my pet.
How many times have you NOT been able to get into your regular vet for something like an ear infection or vomiting? But you don’t want to go sit in the ER for 4 hours? This urgent care has been so helpful for me! Same day appointments, late appointments, they are flexible and so compassionate and caring. They present treatment plans without any kind of hard sell and they coordinate getting your pet’s records to your regular vet. I took my dog to Ethos when I noticed swelling on his face and couldn't get into my normal vet for a few days. He was an aggressive dog that didn't take well to vet care; despite this, the staff treated him kindly and were patient with his antics. They got to the bottom of his problem, ultimately finding that he had cancer. They provided me medication to keep him comfortable until I could get into my normal vet. The Ethos team was great! We went there half an hour before they closed because we found our dog ate up some hot chocolate powder(about 100g). We were very worried that something serious was going to happen but they seem very experienced and immediately knew what to do and promptly handled it (induce vomiting, etc). This place was great. My dogs regular vet was booked up for the afternoon and this one was able to get me in right away. Really nice staff, clean rooms. They sent my dogs report back to his regular vet so they have a record. Would definitely go back!
