Dr. Lewis worked with the Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue and did an amazing job helping with our dog Calypto who had a massive tumor to be removed. Highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. They are an amazing caring group of people who do exceptional work.
Drove 4 hours to have ACL surgery on my dog. Only then did they tell me they require animals to be spayed or neutered if not already done. Driving home 4 hours without having surgery done. Pissed!!! Waisted day and $$$.
I just found your Facebook page and after scrolling through your posts, I can see your practice goes beyond making a dollar. Your love and compassion for animals is inspiring! Thank you and bless you all.
Dr. Lewis has done multiple surgeries for our family, if it was not for him 2 of my girls wouldn't be able to walk. Our family is eternally grateful and can't fathom trusting any other doctor with our girls bones or medical care.
Kickie, Terry, and Dr. Lewis are the absolute best when it comes to pet care, both pre-op and post-op. They made us feel comfortable with the surgery, as well as the rehab that would need to take place afterwords. Two nervous wreck new dog owners minds were set at ease with all of the information and helpful tips from Kickie. Both Mom and I are extremely happy customers, and would recommend Dr. Lewis and his staff at VSS to anyone in need of a veterinary surgery.
