He had to be hospitalized for 3 days and they didn’t give up on him. He was diagnosed with Addison’s disease. Fiona and I would like to thank Dr. Stiles, the dentistry team, anesthesia team, internal medicine and Dr. Deddens (radiology) for their amazing care of Fiona. Top notch care, compassion and wonderful communication. We couldn’t have had a better experience and Fiona is recovering well from her tooth extractions and tracheal wash.
Thank you! If anyone has ever had a sick fur family member, you know how upsetting and nerve wrecking it is. All the staff at CARES were kind, patient and took the time to reassure me. When my boy returned home, he was certainly happy to be back, but I’m he kept sniffing his carrier and rubbing up against it, which made me feel like he got lots of love and affection while he was there! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our Pugsley and making him feel better!
a family member had to bring her cat here, and he ended up just needing a catheter. they wanted to charge her $1000 up front, just for a catheter. prices are ridiculous. the people that run this place should be ashamed of themselves. they're not in it to help animals, they're in it to rob people.

We brought our baby girl here over the weekend. 10/10/20. We knew she was sick. She had a uterine/cervical infection and would eventually need surgery, sooner rather than later. I wanted to bring her home, but they filled out heads with all these what ifs, so when we asked about leaving her there even overnight to get medicine and rehydration they said they would need $3500!!! Just to let her stay...just to let her stay? $3500. Obviously we didn't have that kind of money, how many people really do at the drop of a hat. My hu... read more

When our newer dog turned aggressive and bit our resident dog causing a rather large injury, the staff at CARES provided much quicker service and significantly more compassionate care opposed to their competitors who told us our pooch would have to be waiting in our car with us for two hours. CARES is an amazing place with true angels who work there. 1000/10
