I have never been so disappointed in this practice. This had been our go-to place for emergency care, and they have somehow managed to mix our dog up with another one with the same name - while he sits there in urgent need because he is diabetic and hasn't eaten in over 16 hours - and they can't seem to figure out what he needs to do or how to treat him.
