I am so impressed with our opthamologist, Dr. Kubai! She is brilliant ... if you are with her, even for a very short time, you understand this loudly and clearly!!! She explains everything in detail in terms that are easy to follow. I love the way you receive a detailed diagnosis /discharge paper ... all typed and easy to follow ... befre you check out. This place is awesome!!!
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any veterinary facility. I came in with my cat who had a broken leg. They put me in a room with my cat for 3 hours. They did not give my cat any pain medication until we left. They charge three times more than any other vet . They wanted three thousand dollars for a leg amputation. I called another vet who could do it for $750. The african american woman at the front totally ignored me. She did not even turn around to see why my cat was meowing at the top of his voice. ... read more
I would like to thank Dr Melissa Kubai and all the staff today. It was a very pleasant experience and enjoyed the amount of patience you guys had with Shamu.
They took great care of Fred after another dog almost ripped off his lip. Less than two weeks later the stitches are coming out and his smile is as perfect as ever!!!
The vet, Tiffany Johnson, vet tech and front desk person were incredibly kind and compassionate. They took our near death dog in immediately and gave us the bad news with great care. We left our baby with them for cremation and will forever remember his final moments of life in their loving hands ❤️. Thank you.
