Horrible!!! I have waited for 3 hours and every time I asked how long they kept saying they don’t know. I will never come back here again. Good thing they are moving!!!
Horrible service, and way expensive, they even add on. I spent $9K for them to tell me they don't know what's wrong with my Dog. Now I wouldn't have written this review on that as that can happen, I'm writing this because Dina was a horrible person and should not be working with animals...or people.
The public needs to be aware that the co-owner Mitch Robbins was DISCIPLINED by the IDFPR in 2002 for "inadvertently operating on the wrong leg." Always (yelp etc) scroll to the very bottom where it says "reviews not recommended." They are all negative and they all speak the truth that is why they are hidden. Our first visit with VSC set alarms off. After an extremely brief clinical impression by one of their vets two women immediately came in. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I WAITED 4 1/2 HOURS YESTERDAY AS AN EMERGENCY PATIENT AND ALL THEY DID WAS A SIMPLE EXAM... THEY WANT TO DO A CT SCAM AND KEEP HER OVERNIGHT, WHICH COSTS HUGE $$$$$$................................... TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Vet Specialty Center needs to put patients and clients above it's need to rotate quickly through to the next client. Vet Specialty Center puts you in the hamster wheel. When your money and credit cards have filled up their coffers, they will dismiss you and your pet without cause - - - - even though your pet is still in mid-treatment. No explanation. No reason. Gone. Dismissed. Next!!!!
Wonderful staff and veterinarians with amazing specialties and related services. Its 24/7/365 emergency department is a real treasure. Our dogs have received extraordinary care at VSC with great outcomes. We drive 45 minutes to VSC. Thank you for all you do.
