Dr. Byun was thorough, smart, kind, and sincerely helpful. I could tell he genuinely cared very much. This vet is thorough and clear with a clean office and all friendly.
Great doctors, strong and clear instructions and follow up. Fantastic vet practice. Follow up is way above average. The medical care is excellent, but the consistent follow up is what sets this practice apart. Dr. Boyd has solved multiple medical mysteries with cats for me leading to healthy cats after years of unsolved issues that I didn't know were connected.
Everyone was so friendly, patient, and caring! Dr. Byun explained my dog's condition and caring instructions very well.
We took our dog here for about 6 months and after thousands of dollars across many visits, we decided to go elsewhere. Upon doing so, we immediately started seeing improvements to our dogs health. I strongly believe Veterinary Skin & Ear were either purposely not curing the issue to keep charging us, or are not actually good at identifying infections - they misdiagnosed my dog with allergies.
