Thank you to Dr. Britton for saving our dog's life by performing a high-risk, emergency cholecystectomy. It takes a great surgeon to pull this off, and she rocked it from every angle! And thanks so much to the other vets and staff who cared for our dog for the days surrounding the surgery and for keeping him comfortable. We are very grateful for your excellent care.
I have been there twice in a 7 day span. They are working hard with me to save poor Toby's eye. I am impressed with the compassion they show. It is an emergency room - so patience is a virtue... but they have taken good care of our old little man. 🐶🏥🚑
My daughter called for help for a kitten hit by a car, was told they didn't take strays. Want to help this baby, but don't have the funds to do so. My daughter didn't hit the baby, someone else did and just drove off. I have a crying kid and a hurt kitten, no where to go.
I took 2 of my own animals in and they were well loved and cared for....but the most impressive was when we had to take my brother's dog in to be put down. The staff was incredible! They explained everything, they spoke in a calm, soothing voice, and when we freaked out a few times they reassured us and calmed us down. During this difficult time they were AMAZING and went over and beyond!!!
I want to say thanks to the staff and the doctors. They took real good care of my Yorkie Maddie while she was there.
My beloved cat, Tommy, was transferred here from our Vet because he was very critical and needed overnight care. Dr. Stratmann and the entire staff were very comforting, professional, honest, and proficient. Unfortunately, after much consideration and discussion with Dr. Statmann, we made a quality of life decision to put down Tommy.
