RecommendedI took my sick puppy in at 6am on a Sunday. The staff was so caring, professional and thorough. He was in their care for 11 hours and saw 2 different Drs during that time. Both took the time to explain everything that was happening, what the next steps were, they took plenty of time to answer my questions, etc. Thanks for taking great care of my Finley! 🐾❤️

Staff is friendly, patient and generally great. It IS expensive, but.... ya know.... it IS an emergency room so lol

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the Dr and staff. We brought Jack in thinking he had some type of doggie flu, only to be hit with the worst news we could possibly think of and left with an impossibly hard decision to make. The compassion alone of the entire staff from office staff, to technician to doctor helped ease our pain during this horribly difficult decision. Vets and staff are amazing.. I rushed our dog there at midnight and although I was a complete mess they took her right back n went to work on her! I highly recommend them. They made sure she was not in pain and then went over a treatment plan and estimated before taking her into surgery so there were no surprises and I was extremely impressed with their prices. Very reasonable and they kept me updated on her along the way. And they let me go back to see her before I left. A+++
Don’t ever have humans pass away at the same time you have a dog critically ill. I would have to ask my wife but we paid several thousand and still lost our Ellie and have this bill. So think long and hard before taking you pet in. We were trying to recover form loosing our home the day after Christmas 2.5 years ago then lost my oldest sister and Ellie got sick.
