The vet who performed surgery on my dog never called us. Thank goodness that our regular vet was following up and that he was able to reach someone after hours. I got a call at midnight from Dr Lang, the surgeon, stating he forgot to call me. Inexcusable! The check in paperwork was not correct. I got 2 pages and the second page was someone else's receipt, not the information I should have gotten on post op. There is no way I would ever take a pet to this place again! My chihuahua had an arm injury that we have been dealing with for a few months avoiding surgery. The doctors and staff are very professional and have taken excellent care of my fur baby. I highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough great things about this surgical center. I would rate them 10 out of 10. They took my grand dog out of so much pain. Performed a cervical blown disk C7 surgery. Wonderful caring doctors 👍
