Your office staff is Happy, Helpful, and Sincere. AND Dr. Plummer is simply THE BEST doctor in the valley!! He is not only a masterful Neurologist but also an outstanding all around Vet. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Dr. Moore is amazing and so is the staff! 😊
2 weeks ago we noticed our 7 year old dachshund Mitzi was walking funny and she kept losing her balance. The emergency vet we saw sent us over to VNC, and after an exam and MRI, a ruptured disc was discovered. Mitzi had surgery performed by Dr Stainback, and her care was coordinated by Dr. Knowles. We never got to meet Dr Stainback, but we had alot of contact with Dr. Knowles, who is so smart and kind. The whole staff at VNC is just amazing and we thank you so very much for giving Mitzi such excellent care!
Such a caring staff. They deal with specialized cases that are tough on the furry kids as well as the parents. I cannot sing their praises enough. They treat the fur babies and parents with extreme compassion and skill.
I want to thank Dr Stainbeck and all the staff at VNC for not only the great care they have our sweet boy Baker but the comfort they gave to me. I was a hot mess when we had to take Baker in to see them. After weeks of not knowing where his pain was coming from and not knowing how to comfort him with his pain. We got right in to VNC and found he had a ruptured disc. Surgery and daily updates from all the staff put this momma at ease. Baker and I can not thank you all enough for all that you have done!!
Excellent service, the Doc was great very personable.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Plummer, Dr. Kelly and the staff at Veterinary Neurological Center. It is clear that everyone in this office has a great love for animals and it shows it every aspect of the care they deliver. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, responsive and extremely helpful in managing our dog’s epilepsy. We are so grateful that our primary vet (Dr. Holmes/North Kenilworth- also outstanding) referred us here to help get Gabby’s seizures better controlled. My husband even recently pointed... read more
What a wonderful place. As we approach Leela's birthday month, we appreciate the fact that we have been able to enjoy her each and every day, for several years now, thanks to the amazing Dr. Knowles, Nathan, and the entire staff. Their knowledge, care, and compassion knows no depths, and Leela felt that, as she was actually excited to make the visits for so often. Our family highly recommends bringing your treasured family members here, where they will be given the best opportunity for treatment and recovery, all while given... read more
An amazing place. I can't say enough about Dr. Spoor. My Gizmo, a black Persian, was in extreme pain for almost 3 weeks. I had gone to my regular vet and he said it was his teeth. So I got his teeth cleaned and a couple pulled. No change a week ago Friday I went to a dental specialist with no luck. By that point they were saying it was Neurological and there was nothing they could do. I had gone to Dr. Spoor previously for his seizures so he took him in immediately. We did an MRI and found serious inflammation which was putt... read more
