RecommendedAmazing staff, friendly, helpful, compassionate...just incredible. Dr Spilker is just as amazing...we have 5 rescue pups and he has done everything to make sure they are in good health. I highly recommend Dr Spilker and his staff!
This is the second year i boarded my pup while traveling from ny to sc for family holidays. This is the BEST vet/boarder/groomer i have ever been too! I wish they were in my home state. They always treat my dog like royalty and he loves it there. Thank you VMS for all your loving care

Dr. Spilker and his team are amazing! We were passing thru town on our way to the beach when my sweet pitbully got into trouble. We basically ran into the office unannounced 10 minutes before the office was to close on a Saturday. We were immediately taken back by an awesome vet tech Caleb. Dr Spilker and Caleb both began to work on Lilly. They saved my sweet girl! We were very fortunate to have found this place.
The staff here are super friendly. They loved my puppy Duke. Would recommend �
Very thankful for the awesome team at VMS! My sweet cat, Rocky was very sick and Dr. Spilker and his staff took very good care of him. They are definitely the best!
This clinic was recommended to me by a trusted friend to give my dog a second opinion .... i just can’t say enough about just how wonderful Dr Spilker and his whole team were with our Saint .... he didn’t give up on him gave us more time and was always so caring, honest and available for all our questions and concerns right up until the end .... our hearts are broken but it brings comfort to know just how much you all cared xxx thank you all so very much and the card was a beautiful thought
