The staff at VMC is the absolute best. I have never encountered such wonderful customer service. They genuinely care about their animal patients AND the owners. I have had two puppy situations leaving me super emotional when I walked in they comforted me while I was explaining to them what we needed. Dr. Heltsley goofed with me to cheer me up. Such a great group of people, they gave us several more years with our precious Bella we wouldn't have had otherwise. Recently after a sudden change they again done everything they could to save her but it wasn't meant to be. After several weeks of continued decline we knew she was only suffering so we had to make the hard decision to have her put down. After being scared by another vet that my daughter's new puppy needed to be put down. We opted for a second opinion. We are so glad we did. Just one night under the care of Dr Heltsley and his staff, she is back home and doing amazing well.
Best place to bring your fur babies hands down! They been absolutely wonderful with my fur babies and always so caring and nice to me. I highly recommend them�
