I can't say enough good about the staff at VMC. It's always a bit nerve wracking when you take your puppy to the vet (and Trixie is my first dog, so I'm extra nervous about everything), but everyone at the clinic is always so friendly and seems to go out of their way to make sure you're calm and comfortable, both for your sake as well as your beloved pet's. I have had experiences at other clinics that only made the situation harder, but I swore I would never take Trixie anywhere else after her first trip to VMC and I haven't... read more
I just want to give a shout out to Dr H and his staff. They showed the utmost care and compassion during the loss of my precious Rascal!! I have dealt with VMC with all 3 of my dogs over the last 13 years and have always been impressed with their care!! Thank you all for the comfort you offered me!!!
I can't say enough positive comments about this veterinary clinic. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The veterinarians are beyond wonderful. They're extremely knowledgeable, friendly, they take their time with each patient (& fur baby parent) & explain everything in detail. Very Highly Recommend!
Dr Heltsley is an angel. They were able to get my turtle Red in the same day I called. We arrived and were immediately taken to the back room after some quick paperwork. He looked her over and recommended superglue of all things to heal her broken shell! I will be returning to this office, yes, making the hour drive any time I need anything else. I am so thankful for the compassion that I was shown for my baby. Reptile owners: this is your place!!! 10/10
Such an awesome experience for my Pup's first visit! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
They really care about the animals here. I had a sick guinea pig, Coffee Bean. I got her from BRAWA along with 2 other piggies. They did everything they could. They did an exam on her and the vet prescribed her medicine.She ended up passing away due to a respiratory infection. � She was probably already long gone. Because she was sick when I got her. I got a call a few days later from one of the staff asking if coffee bean was ok. I told them she had passed. The VMC staff are excellent I even got a letter from them for the l... read more
