I arrived at around 5ish, they finally saw my dog at around 9:30pm. They took his vitals and said doctor was going to come. Wated for about half an hour. I went outside and asked about how much longer. They said 2 more hours. They took too dang long, they could ve been more transparent and told me they werent going to be able to see my dog. When our little guy is sick, ( twice ), once on a Sunday, Dr. Joseph has seen him and taken care of him. The staff and Doctors are top notch. I highly recommend VMSG for your pet needs.
was able to take my dog and get checked pretty quickly. gave me multiple options for treatment. staff was friendly and the waiting room had tv and a vending machine

Can only speak from my experience, but VMSG Ventura rose to the occasion to give life-saving overnight emergency care to my ailing cat. From reception, to doctor (Dr. Johnson) and team (Lauren and Richie), all were caring, knowledgeable and professional. They coordinated well with her primary vet, and together, we turned around what promised to be a tragic event.
