Arrogant, Unprofessional & Rude Arrogant, rude and unprofessional. My experience with the group was favorable at first, until that is I happened to disagree with Dr. Ayl on a minor issue of his staff's miscommunication to me over my pet's medication. Instead of simply acknowledging the matter, let alone apologizing, Dr. Ayl chose to be incredibly rude and hostile. His attitude was that it was "impossible for his staff to have made a mistake", and that I was clearly a liar. He repeatedly insisted that they were incapable of m... read more

High Tech;Down-to-Earth;Expensive Impressive. Yes, you pay for their expertise and state-of-the art care, but your pet has a chance to be treated in a manner comparable to a high-quality human hospital. I found the staff very honest about the prognosis, too. The daily updates were most appreciated. All of the staff I met with (surgical and medical) had a great combination of being high-tech and down-to-earth. Combine that with an obvious love for animals and you get a great facility. Again, plan to pay more than you would at... read more

Wonderful Facility I cannot say enough about this facility. When my cat was diagnosed with terminal oral cancer, my husband and I were told by our regular vet that she had a matter of weeks to live. Desperate to prolong her life, we contacted the oncology department at VMSG. From the moment we set foot into the facility, we were blown away. It was spotless and even the receptionists were wonderful. We consulted Dr. Ayl who was extremely knowledgable. We proceeded with radiation treatments and our cat seemed to be doing bette... read more

Cancer Treatment I met with Dr. Ayl regarding my dog who was recently diagnosed with cancer. He was obviously very knowledgable and I felt comfortable trusting him with my dog's care.

Shame on YOU!! Grave incompetence and serious miscommunications at every turn. When you inform Dr Ayl, their hostile and insensitive oncologist he is a mean and nasty jerk. When they give you an estimate and you get the services the price goes up even tho the estimate was less than 24 hrs before. Shame on you VMSG! You are a complete disgrace!

So grateful for oncology staff Our beloved Australian Shepherd has terminal cancer and Dr. Ayl and associates in the oncology unit have been incredibly skillful and compassionate in helping us to keep her with us for a few more months on low-dose chemo. The prices have been fair and their professionalism superb. They seem very dedicated to the principle that they will preserve hope when that is justified and will help us to let her go in a dignified way when that time has come. I don't know about the other vets, but Dr. Ayl ... read more
