The staff along with Dr Jones are above amazing. My Akira became very sick and everyone there was very compassionate and carrying. When she passed at home, they allowed me to bring her in to be cremated. They always called after we were there to check on the conditions of my furbabies. You all are the best and would highly recommend them!
So thorough, professional, and compassionate!! Our regular vet told us our dog had lymphoma so we came for a second opinion. I had so many questions, and Dr. Jones answered every single one. He ran all the tests and wrote up a report for everything he found. He personally called me to check on my dog and deliver the results. Thankfully she ended up just having an infection from a bad tooth, which he scheduled himself for just a short week later!! Super impressed and grateful for his care for our dog. Our sweet ginger needed to be put down and it was done with the greatest care and compassion without extraordinary expense. Our recent rescue has severe allergies and the continuous and frequent care has been much appreciated. They also give our business parrot routine care and keep her nails/beak trimmed!
Firstly I would like to say thank you so much to Dr. Jones and the staff of VIP! I came to them looking for help continuing the moving process of taking my kitten with me to Hawaii that I had already started else where before I came back to the area. They helped me accomplish every little task that was needed to get my kitty here to Hawaii and truly made the end of the process go by so smoothly. i cannot say enough good things about dr jones and the staff at vip. they helped me through a very difficult time with compassion and care (and a little humor which was very appreciated). i’ll be singing their praises to anyone who listens for the foreseeable future. 10+ stars
