Visiting Midwest family for mother's Day, I was helping my sister with some things, since they just moved back to help care for our parents. I was looking for a vet, and google did it's job for sure. How do we get our pets records? I have been calling for the past week it has been saying invalid phone number I need to get my dog's records so I can take her to a new vet she is on daily meds and monthly shots so this is kind of like an emergency that I find out how to get her records.
They don't make house calls and haven't for 3 years. Need to change the name cause that's confusing. And upon reading further reviews, even though I've never been here, I don't think I'd recommend anyway it as many mention abuse toward animals.
Didn't return urgent calls when our dog is on her death bed. Is retiring and has checked out, is not reliable. Closes his office without notice or explanation and has no compassion.
