My beloved Frenchi pup, just 2 years old, as active as a Jack Russell, screeched out when I went to pick him up and shortly after became unable to move anything from the waist down. The staff and doctors are always professional and caring. Whenever my dog has an issue they are always responsive and help me find a treatment solution.
I have used Banfield since 2007. The Thousand Oaks office is so friendly and knowledgeable. They answer my questions an and take great care of my dog.
Dr was so kind~ took her time with us and really cared.
