Staff there is super friendly and take great care of the animals
Banfield has been out vet choice since 2003 starting with our first pet Esmeralda who was a short haired American black cat that lived to see 21 thanks to Banfield. Then out Boston Terrier Sabrina who lived to be 13. Now we take cleo my cat, and Sasha and Skully who are my service Dogs. Plus, my two new puppies Jack The Pumpkin King and Elvira Sally Du Batya that will be trained to be my service dogs and will take over traveling duty so my two senior service dogs can just work at home and eventually retire. My dog started throwing up Saturday morning. I waited to see if it would resolve and it didn’t. I called Sunday for an appt (because they were open!!). They couldn’t see me Sunday but fit me in Monday at 8am. All staff and esp vet were SO kind. No hard sell. No guilt trip. Just love and concern for me and my pup. They called twice after my appt to find out how she was. Not corporate. Very kind.
