All the staff are wonderful and treat my pets with excellent care.
I'm so incredibly thankful for Dr. Steve. We are pretty new to the area and had not found an equine vet yet. Out of 6 vets called, he was the only one willing to come out when my mare broke her leg. Even though we have never used him before, called with an emergency, he fit us in and gave my girl the quiet and peaceful passing she deserved. I highly recommend this place for all your pet needs. A loving staff who care about U and your pets. I had to put my pet down due to old age and heart failure and was very pleased with how they showed they cared!
Dr. Steve is an amazing veterinarian! We definitely will be return clients and enjoyed our experience at the Veterinary Hospital of New Waverly quite well.
My wife and I had our first visit today with our 3 1/2 year old Chugs (half long-haired Chihuahua and half Pug), who needed a new vet. We were pleased with Dr. Kim AND her office & staff in every way. I can't imagine a better experience. Having been a dentist for 35 years, I am a stricter judge of health care than most, and probably notice things that most folks don't. VHNW has my complete trust and wholehearted recommendation.

Dr Kim and her staff are true animal lovers. They are very knowledgeable and caring. My first visit was for an emergency and I'm happy to report our little dog is just fine and we have a new vet clinic ....
