Our sweet Cali badly broke her leg. From the moment I made the phone call to bring her in, I was met with such concern and knew she would be in great hands. Melissa treated her like her own and even reached out to me on her day off to see how she was doing. Dr. Kim walked us through all our options, was upfront and honest with us, and made no promises when it came to treatment, which I respect. Clinic is efficient and very professional. The staff makes a visit comfortable and so pleasant. All this would be nothing if they were not knowledgeable and yes they are. Belcy Blue loved her treats. From the Receptionist, staff and Vet your pet is priority. Also appreciate the courtesy reminders and how the receptionist remembers who we are. The whole staff is very friendly.
