We came here concerned about a serious eye issue with our pug, and while the staff was very friendly and mostly informative, I left feeling uneasy about the approach taken. The care felt very “all or nothing” — rather than walking us through potential treatment options, the conversation quickly shifted to the most extreme scenario: full eye removal. Great Drs. I so happy to find drs that love my pets and work to help them. They have recommended options versus jump to a surgery. After a wellness check, it is healing (slowly, but nonetheless) with drops. My girl has seizures and preferred a non surgical method, if possible.
Very friendly and professional staff. We go see them yearly for our dog, and can say it’s one of the best facilities I’ve been to like this.
We have been a client for a while now, and finally had to get surgery. He’s doing better, thank you Dr Soler! From the front desk ladies to the doctors, everyone is helpful, caring and attentive. Definitely recommend!
