I’m very pleased with the wonderful care my Cocker Spaniel Bowie received. Dr. Donnelly is one of the most caring and gentle vets I’ve met. He removed a cyst from Bowie’s eyelid and everything went extremely well. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive and obviously care greatly for their patients. I’m very impressed with everything about Veterinary Eye Institute! We could not have had a better experience! Thank you Dr. Donnelly and Mical for taking such good care of my boy!
The staff at VEI is wonderful. From the first visit to the last, Everyone was caring, gentle and personable. this office is beyond reproach. I wouldn’t hesitate bringing my baby boy back to them if I needed to.
Dr. Soler & all of the staff at VEI Plano have been absolutely incredible over the past few months. After my girl was tentatively diagnosed with possible SARDs at an ER visit in November, we learned she actually had an optic neuritis flare up. We started fostering a kitten from the county shelter who came to us with an awful eye infection. He was only about 3-4 weeks old at the time. We saw three different vets who kept prescribing antibacterial treatments, but nothing worked—it just kept getting worse. It got so bad that he couldn’t even open his eyes, there was blood coming from them, and the swelling left him completely blind. 10/10 would come back to this location! Very professional and took care of my Camilla’s Cherry Eyes. First picture was the day before surgery second picture was post op 4 weeks !!! I am a very satisfied customer! Thanks to them my Camilia has returned to her normal self! Highly recommend for English Bulldogs (cherry eye removal)! Dr. Daniela Isaza, wonderful doctor, very nice and welcoming!
