The Veterinary Eye Institute Plano is an amazing clinic with the Best Staff. Dr. Donnelly, his assistants, and front staff are very professional, caring and thorough. My little Diamond has a tear duct issue and it has tremendous improved after her first visit and follow up visits. We are so thankful and feel blessed that we found such an amazing Physician and staff for her care. I highly recommend this Practice!
We have been patients for several years since my pet had corneal damage. The doctors here are great but a recent experience left us quite upset. They have a policy of $115 eye exams if you show up annually. They give a 1 month grace period post that. Looks like we missed that date by 1 week and called to schedule the annual appointment today. We are now being billed as new customers at the rate of $220. The office won’t work with us although we are established patients and come every year. Our last appointment being Nov 2024... read more
Taking our dog Riot to Veterinary Eye institute is one of the best decisions that I made in my life. Riot is 14, and due to diabetes, he developed cataracts, and lost his eye sight totally in a span of 4 months. After going through multiple doctors and inquiries we finally went to Veterinary Eye Institute.
