We are grateful to the Veterinary Eye Institute of Dallas for helping our six-year-old boxer, Lulu, recover from an eye ulceration. The medical team was skilled and provided excellent care, and we truly appreciate that her eye has healed well. However, our experience with the non-medical side of the practice left us with some concerns. I brought my kitty Wallace here for diagnosis and treatment for his Glaucoma and I truthfully only have good things to say about this center. Dr Telford, the vet tech, and the front desk are always warm and welcoming and you can tell they really care about everyone that comes in. I know this office is pricey, however they don’t push for unnecessary tests or treatments and really work with what works for you and your pet. My little schnauzer had developed a tumor on her eyelid that had become painful & irritated. These doctors & nurses & staff were the best I could have ever ask for! The tumor was removed successfully & now, 6 weeks later...you cant even tell there was any problem there whatsoever. They were very understanding & patient with my dog. Well done!!
