I have taken my dog here quite a few times now, poor thing always seems to be sick or have some kind of ailment. Dr. Nagel has taken very good care of her and I trust her completely, always offers to go above and beyond to make sure I am 100% confident in both the treatment and the answers to any questions I may have. I love the way they leave their door (and phone) open to their clients in case they have any concerns. Thank you so much for all you have done for my "other child".
Imagine the horror to find our puppy collapsed on the ground...even worse while we were visiting family out of town! It's hard to decide on a place when you don't know the area, but luckily we found Vet. Emergency Services. After they gave her some fluids and a little TLC, she was back to normal. Not only were we relieved to see our lil miss back to normal, the bill was much lower than expected! So grateful to find them!!
The entire staff is knowledgeable and very professional. The way they care for the animals is unmatched; I mean they even give the animals a stitch job like they're a celebrity! Our precious dog sends a big THANK YOU!!
EXCELLENT!!! They saved our dog's life. Our dog stayed here for amost a week. Although it cost us a lot of money it was well worth it. Extremely friendly, patient and understanding staff.
Why, oh why isn't there an option to give a particular establishment more than 5 stars if they truly deserve it? These people saved my dog's life, and couldn't have been more professional throughout the whole ordeal. My puppy had gotten a hold of a bottle of medication and had managed to destroy the bottle as well as eating most of the tablets before I found him with small pieces of orange plastic in his mouth.
