Our dog Minnie stepped in tree sap and it got embedded into her front paw. Could not figure out at home how best to care for it so we called at about 10 pm when noticing her being uncomfortable and they got her in quickly and was quick with care. We stayed with Minnie the entire time and held her so she was more comfortable too. Again, thank you to Dr. Martic and Staff as silly as we felt they were amazing and so kind. Will definitely be calling in the future if we need any thing else! Thank you! The Bears.
I had a wonderful experience here with my fur baby. My poor baby had something going on with her eyes. We took her here for an Emergency visit and they were quick to see her! All the girls there were so loving, gentle and caring with my baby girl. You can tell their energy was so positive and loving my pup even felt it because she was letting them do whatever they needed. Took our dog here for concerns and everyone was extremely helpful. Facility is clean, and nice open floor plan and able to see your pet wherever they are in the process. Would definitely come back but hopefully don’t need to
We took our dog here after she broke her toenail off in our yard and I could not be happier with the care she received. She is dog reactive and they were able to put us in her own room, they were kind and patient. There were other patients who were more urgent (which I would always hope if my dog was the urgent patient would be seen with such urgency as well!) who pushed our dog down the priority list, but the staff was communicating with us the whole time. After two very informative phone calls with Dr. Pierce we decided to bring our lab in. Everyone was super attentive, kind, patient and very knowledgable. I appreciate every single person at VEG who helped us out today. You can tell they all have a deep love for your pet.
