Unreal how great this place is! Took my kitty in the other night and the staff was able to help immediately without any wait. They were super friendly and were able to provide several options! I cannot praise them enough and will recommend to everyone!
Went in about 2:30am on a Monday. They opened the door and immediately got to work on my 8yr dobie. We had an ultrasound done and they brought the machine to us. I can’t express how much I love that they dont take my dog to the back and everything is done with the family present. I wish they would make more offices this way.
We brought our dog, Pogi, into Veterinary Emergency Group last night and had such a great experience. We’re new to Henderson, so we weren’t sure where to go, but we’re so glad we found this place. The doctors were absolutely amazing and really took the time to help us figure out the best plan for Pogi. The staff and Dr. Neal were awesome and very caring towards my pet.
This place is great especially in an emergency, they seem to drop everything as new animals come in and surround them with care. Very pleased with the entire staff! Super helpful and caring.
