Terrible Experience and Waste of Money I had a horrible experience with Veterinary Emergency Group. My dog was sick, and I went there seeking urgent help. Without conducting the necessary tests, they were convinced he had pancreatitis and insisted he needed to be hospitalized immediately and put a tube which is incredible invasive. Despite already spending over $2,000 on consultations and tests, they kept pushing for hospitalization without offering reasonable alternatives. Nothing worse than our doggie getting sick but glad to have the VEG team available 24 hours, so that we were able to take our simba at 11pm. The staff was kind and informative throughout our visit. Only thing we didn’t like was that m do not work with the insurance directly. However, they do provide you with the invoice to submit for claim.
The costs are more reasonable than the regular vet. The checkin is fast efficient and thorough. The vet is kind and informative. The follow-up is amazing. I highly recommend this place.
