Would give 0 stars if possible. We brought our cat in as she had vomited multiple times in 24 hrs. The attitude upon us walking in was instant and heavy, like they hated their lives and hated us for coming in at night. The doctor who saw us was very polite and considerate, and so was the tech who took our cat’s vitals. We agreed to the $1400 cost that was quoted to us and waited for them to begin with bloodwork and x-rays. Incredibly expensive & rude staff
These people are charging me 195 dollars just for the exam fee despite the fact they didn't do anything for my dog! Highway robbery! I'm sure these people are amazing at treating animals but they're just stealing from me at this point!
If your pet has an emergency this is the place to go. Everyone on the staff is excellent.
Our second visit in six months to VEG Brookhaven. Everyone on the team was kind and supportive….. They are very transparent and we were allowed to be with our cat most of the time. Our cat was in the oxygen chamber for 24 hours, and we felt like we got really good information about his issues and his care. Very pleased to have these folks near our house. Highly recommend.
