Every time I come to this ER, I’m met with such kindness and professionalism. The staff is always courteous, welcoming, and they get me and my pup in and out quickly without ever making me feel rushed. Today I came in with concerns after my dog’s spay surgery, and Maria and Jordan were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to check her thoroughly, reassure me, and make sure there were no signs of infection. We visited the VEG ER the evening of August 27th due to concerns of infection with our dog's TPLO surgery. This is the second time we visited a VEG ER and their compassion and prompt medical care again exceeded our expectations. Took Ruben in today for some back pain. Their staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to give him the treatment he needed. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
Went in to have my cats paw looked at. Didn't really look at. Went from looking at the paw to full body x ray, blood work etc total bill $2000. Unless your pet is seriously injured do not come here.
