Amazing experience! As someone who works in a (human) ER, I was beyond impressed. The staff cared for my fur baby with such skill and kindness, and it was clear every pet and family there was in excellent hands. Truly top-notch care!
They put a vet on the phone for us right away when we called with a question about our dog and saw him very quickly when we came in. The vet and vet tech were both incredibly friendly and took great care of our pup. I hope to never have to return, but if I do I know we’ll be in great hands.
This place was excellent! They helped me when no other vet would. They understood my financial situation and found a way to help me get the best care for my dog. This is a place that truly cares for you animals well being.
Simply wonderful! We unfortunately had to bring our pet here for an emergent issue, and the way they triage and clear that waiting room queue, get patients seen, and provide rapid care is amazing. There is no other ER vet clinic I would even consider recommending or bringing our pet to, and the fact they are in the heart of downtown and 24/7 gives us peace of mind that we will always have a safe, affordable, and competent team of vet staff to take care of us. Highly recommend!
