I had to go in for a dog bite on the night of 11/3 and the entire staff from the front desk to the vets and techs were so kind and helpful. Then the morning of 11/4 I had to go back because my dog got out his stitches and they were just as helpful the following day. Drs Healy and Ulga helped us and could not have been kinder

My dog had to have emergency surgery this past weekend and I am so happy we went to VEG! The staff is compassionate, responsive, empathetic and everyone works so well together. They made a huge effort to treat my dog quickly even though it was so busy. I felt comfortable having my dog stay overnight there knowing he would be safe and treated like their own. We are so grateful for everyone who took care of us, especially Dr. Mikropolous, Dr. Boutcher, Becca, Taylor & Steven!

My first experience with VEG, I thought my puppy ate a mushroom. They helped me figure out what to do and how to identify symptoms and mushrooms. Turns out he ate some wet leaves. They waited for my call until 1am for me to say Nosey was okay. Second time, he had an allergic reaction to his vaccine. They saw Nosey immediately and treated him like their own. I can’t say good enough things about this place. A little over a week ago, my cat Sunny became really ill and lethargic and wouldn’t eat. I brought her to VEG ER in a panic, and they were so patient and understanding and they got me in right away. It turns out my cat had eaten a bunch of twine or something (I posted the picture of what they removed from her intestines after surgery - sorry lol). I had to bring cat in for an emergency this weekend to VEG. The care he received was amazing. I had 1 million questions and the doctor I met with, Brianna McGuigan, was extremely thorough patient with me. She walked me through every single thing that they were going to do for my cat. I received frequent updates about my cat as he had to stay there overnight. I highly recommend this facility for any pet emergency.
