I took a snapping turtle that was injured by a car and had to be euthanized. The staff was so compassionate. I own a dog boarding kennel for over 30 years and I was impressed with the care. I will use them for emergencies when needed.
Great, caring place! Dr. Monica Sterk was very thorough, (even at 2am on a holiday weekend), explained everything to us from beginning to end. She gave us options and was so patient. Would definitely recommend this place. Her assistants were also awesome! Had a great experience and would bring my dog back again if I ever needed to!
What an amazing group of professionals. From the minute I got there until the end. Dr Sterk and all the staff there are incredible. If you need emergency pet care this is the place to go!!!!! Caring, professional, knowledgeable, and loving staff from reception to doctors and everyone that works there. Thank you for making such a traumatic experience as easy as it could be.
