RecommendedMy very sick 2 year old Shih Tzu Jameson was transferred here from his primary vet for overnight care two nights in a row. Needles to say I was very worried and upset. The staff at the Nanuet VEG were absolutely amazing. They calmed my fears and spoke to me as if Jameson and I were part of their immediate family. Spend 3 hours waiting in my car called 2 times and everytime was told my dog was next. Needless to say i requested my dog back because their lack of communication is unreal. They don’t bother to call you and let you know what is going on. It’s ridiculous to sit in a car while my poor puppy sits in a crate waiting and stressing out being around strangers. Never again going here it’s awful
awesome staff great atmosphere I'm watching my ex-wife dog while she's in the hospital. He usually gets a B12 shot once a week. She gives him it herself. I don't know how to do it so I called here and the doctor said to bring Big Boi. I had all the materials so the doctor came out and gave Big Boi the shot for me for free. I can't give them enough appreciation for what they done for me. I was only able to give a small donation but I would like for other pets to be treated the same way as Big Boi.
I can not rave enough her about this group. The most compassionate and knowledgeable people, and so patient with a worried doggie mom 💗. Thank you
From the first phone call they were super super great sent me all the information I needed by phone before I even got there Called me by name and since I sent them all my information they knew my dogs name too very polite very quick and very knowledgeable and extremely nice
The staff is awesome. Had to bring my girl to them the other day and she had emergency surgery. They kept us updated throughout the night. Highly recommend.
I was there last week with an emergency situation with my dog Bayne. Sadly he did not make it but the entire staff was caring, knowledgeable and compassionate to my fur baby as well as my husband and I. I am still grieving but I know everything that could have been done was done.
Great caring staff. Took great care of my Coconut-Dracula while she was there.
