My dogs had a visit to a veterinary dentist today. We discussed a root canal and extractions. This was an eye-opening experience! The dentist had profound knowledge of canine teeth as human dentists would know about human teeth. Hopefully, my fur-babies will feel much better after surgery.
I came to see what can be done about my service dog's fractured tooth. They are grossly overpriced...the surgery would have cost between $3800-$4300. They do not consider that this is my service dog, and that I am an unemployed Veteran living on a limited budget. I walked away from them when a trusted friend told me that this establishment is charging too much for their services. Overall, I am incredibly disappointed.
