If it wasn't for the excellent skills and nature of Dr.Reilly himself, I would never advice anyone to go. He is so caring and wonderful with the pets, but his front staff is inexcusable rude and down right nasty. The lady at the front desk does this office zero justice. Belittling and ignorant of customer service!!! I'm not sure I've ever had anyone laugh at me and speak so unkind for just asking a simple question about the their snow policy. An outstanding Vet. One of the few who actually cares about your animal and will do his best to try to help it without charging you way to much like other vets do. He is the Vet that I would take my animal to and know that he is getting the best treatment possible.

In past yrs I had 4 cats who ALL went to Dr. Reilly ! The last one was 18 yrs when she died 4 yrs ago ! Due to new home ,etc I haven't had any pets for last 4 yrs but just adopted 2 cats from a shelter and of course I called to set up appt with Dr . Reilly ! His service was for 18 yrs was good and reasonable and I expect it to still be so !
Excellent care and service for my cats at a reasonable cost! So grateful!!!
