I can’t thank the staff at VCF enough for their amazing care of my hedgehog, Tinsley. She had hurt her eye and it was bleeding. They got her in quickly on Sunday morning and determined the needed to be removed. Even though they couldn’t do the surgery that day, they tried to find someone who could with no luck. Dr. Ben gave us some medicine and some exotic vets to call on Monday. They called Monday and had blocked out time that afternoon to do her surgery. Yesterday was a sad day as one of my best little friends got his wings. I kept my promise to let you go when life was no longer comfortable. Molly has been going to VCF ever since we got her. She has seizure issues and the staff at VCF have always been there to help. This past week Molly got pancreatitis and it was super bad but Dr. Katie saved Molly again. Dr. Katie is passionate about animals and always helps me feel at ease when I’m worried about my Molly. All the staff are friendly and Dr. Ben gets right down there with your pet and is so helpful and explains everything to you in real terms. Clean facility, looks like an upscale doctor’s office.

First time visit today and I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Katie and the wonderful team here. They were professional and compassionate. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the experience was top notch. We will definitely be switching our primary care to this office for both of our dogs from now on.
