Last week my wife took our dog in to get her rabies shot. Dr. Noel Berger had my wife in tears telling her that she was killing our dog and our dog had heart problem that was as he said a 3 out of 4 with 4 being death. He also spoke down to my wife and told her she needed to get her finances in order because our dog needs a lot of work. We said goodbye to our dog almost seven weeks ago. Approximately two weeks after she passed, I received a post card reminder of her upcoming appointment. I called VCF to inform them of our dog's death (we had switched vets a few weeks prior to her death due to lack of compassion on the part of VCF). All the doctors and staff are extremely wonderful.
Took my dog as a last minute walk in yesterday. We found him as a stray a couple of days ago and told them the back story. Not only was the vet and his staff extremely kind and gentle to him, they also called today to see how he was doing! Barely had a wait time, reasonable pricing and a great office, will definitely be back
We've been to the Veterinary Center at Fishhawk a couple times now and have been so happy with how they have treated our cats and us. The staff is very friendly and professional and we see the vet within a few minutes of our appt. time. Cost are reasonable and they give seniors a 5% discount. The days and hours that they're open can accommodate any schedule. Dr. Ben is the best and we highly recommend him and the entire staff. Check them out they're really good people.
