I've had three dogs treated here for cancer and two with acupuncture. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for the wonderful care and compassion they have for your beloved pet. The staff here is amazing, and as heartbreaking as it is to need to go here, they truly help and support you through this process.
We had to let our little girl go this week but we received the best treatment possible from Dr. Fiocci and staff for our time at VCG. From trying treatment, to discovering her lymphoma was too far gone and chemo resistant, to letting her go peacefully, VCG was phenomenal and informative and patient with every single step. I wouldn't be nearly as at peace with izzy leaving us if we hadn't had VCG by our side the whole way.
I took my dog TYLER there yesterday and i must say i am blown away by the staff and Dr Bommarito!!! Everybody is soooo comforting,they hug me ,they talk to me regarding my fears and my situation with my dog ,they are sooo attentive...i have NEVER been in a better place!!!they REALLY care about my dog!!! What an awesome place! Our furry family member was diagnosed with a malignant tumor on his leg. Following surgery, we went to Veterinary Cancer Center for radiation treatments. I drove nearly two hours each way to get there, but it was worth it. The treatments were painless, and done with such a kind and gentle touch that my pooch actually looked forward to making the trip each day. Dr. Bommarito and the staff are the BEST!!! Even though Becca's radiation treatments were long ago, I still get calls asking how she is and to call if Becca and I need them. They were very instrumental in her making it to her 24th birthday (112+ in human years)!!! ❤ Very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Bommarito and Dr. Zinsser still communicate often on Becca's treatment.
