The staff are so caring to the pets & their owners especially when its time for a pet to cross the rainbow bridge like my dog Benji did 9 months ago They go beyond the call of duty to all
I'm very impressed by the quality of the staff at this clinic - my dog is a new patient and tends to be wary of new people, but everyone who interacted with her took time to make sure she was comfortable. She required surgery, and the staff made an effort to keep me apprised of her status throughout the day. Dr. Norris was great about taking time to explain her diagnosis with me and answer all my questions. We will definitely return in the future!
I was so touched by the sincere, heartfelt comments by each person at Vet Associates, on a card we received today. Letting our nine year old German Shepherd,Cash, go was the saddest thing my family has ever had to do. Thank you, especially, Dr. Norris for taking extra time to explain this process to my 10 year old son, John Patrick. We will forever be grateful for your compassion and professionalism.
I would not trust our babies to ANY other Vet!!
