I went to this Veterinary clinic in Galena IL for years and if you asked me two years ago, I would have said it was a five star practice but now I can only give them one star and that is because the office manager and doctor on call looked at me and lied. I have a new puppy and they charged $39 for an office visit. I said " Gee that seems high did you raise your fees since last year ? No, they replied it's always been that price".
