Unless youre in the club, don't bother. Took off work early, sat for an hour, watched the porcupine receptionist send 3 people ahead of me. When the 3:45 appt. was called ahead of my 3:15 appt. I walked out. They had NO intentions of helping me. Now my cat has to suffer another day. They suck.
