We had a great experience with Veterans plumbing and drain LLC. We contacted fidelity and got scheduled right away to get our sink fixed. Jose was very honest and had great communication. He also went above and beyond and helped us get it all fixed. Thank you and we recommend them!
Do not judge a book by it's cover!! Fantastic company!! Veterans did an amazing job at my house!! Frank showed and was a complete professional from the time I opened my door. He examined the problem and got the jod done in a prompt, timely matter. He went above and beyond in making sure the job was fixed and all my needs were taking care of. It is beyond me how they only have 2.9 stars!!!!! They came out yesterday and assessed the leak we have and Jose told me he would be out today with another guy to fix the leak and dig up 10 feet, 10 FEET OF UNDERGROUND PIPING!! Sure enough right at 7 am they were here and starting working right away! It is 11 am right now and they are done!!!!! A few days ago I had a pipe that was leaking in the attic and water was running down the wall. American Water Resources set me up with the company Veteran's Plumbing & Drain LLC and I couldn't be more happy with how everything went! Within 24 hours they sent out Jose who was on time, friendly, and very professional who got the job done fast and efficiently! Home warranty company sent them to fix a couple of plumbing problems at my house. Most of the work wasn’t covered by the lousy Home Warranty company, (which they failed to advise me of in advance). Needless to say, I was upset and irritated. The plumbing technician, Frank, was patient and he figured out how to the job at a reasonable cost. He was upbeat, polite and did excellent work. I do not recommend Fidelity, but I do highly recommend Veterans Plumbing and Drain.
