Just like any other government ran facility. Garbage employees that do the bare minimum. I got 1 call from podiatry while working nights…they never tried again, never sent a letter, just left a voicemail with their extension that they do not answer. That was two months ago and still nothing. I see why so many vets have mental health issues that they don’t get help with.
Don't bother calling. Im on the phone now and its been 20+ min and still waiting just to find and make an appointment. Gotta love the VA, always dependable for doing nothing. Its why they are known for giving veterans the opportunity to die for their country a 2nd time.
Well, first and foremost the ER is the most laughable staff. Got to hear all about someone’s case of the clap through a closed door because of how loud they had to talk over everyone else laughing and having great time (and so did my wife), so if you see this hope you’re doing well While being wheeled up to ultrasound had a guy close the elevator door right on me and the nurses face (no it didn’t close he hit the button) Know how many times I heard “in 30 minutes” just to wait an hour plus? 3 times Got my IV, missed my vein ... read more
