I used them to winterize our sprinkler system in the fall 2016. In spring 2017 when I activated the system I discovered two sprinkler heads (in the lowest part of the yard) had frozen and cracked during the winter. I replaced them at my own expense and then called Veterans Lawn Sprinkler to tell them what happened and ask for at least a partial refund. Arrived on time and turned on sprinkler system. Had to return to install an above ground leaking sprinkler head located in a rock bed. Needed to adjust sprinklers.
In June 2016, the owner Jon Thomas and, his brother, Kevin outdid all the previous contractors we had for anything over the past 30-plus years. I wish there were more companies like theirs.
